Technical help
For a crash, blank screen, audio problem, or feature that does not work, include:
- your iPhone, iPad, computer, or browser model;
- the operating-system version and Stellart app version/build, if visible;
- the steps that led to the problem and what you expected to happen; and
- a screenshot or screen recording with personal information removed.
Accounts and deletion
A signed-in visitor can delete their account inside Stellart at More → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes the Stellart account, profile, synced progress, and associated contributions. If you cannot reach that control, email us from the address on the account and write Account deletion in the subject line.
You can use the core museum without an account. To remove signed-out information stored on one device, clear Stellart's site/app data or uninstall the app.
Community and safety
To report a visitor contribution or contributor, email stellart.dev@gmail.com with Community safety in the subject. Include the artist or screen where you saw it, the contributor name if shown, the reason for the report, and a screenshot. Do not forward harmful material more widely than needed to identify it.

Privacy and data requests
Read the Privacy Policy for the data Stellart uses and the choices available to you. For a privacy question, access request, correction, or deletion request that cannot be completed in the app, email the support address above with Privacy request in the subject.
About response times
Safety, privacy, and account-access reports are prioritized. Response time can vary with the complexity of the request. This inbox is not an emergency service; if someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
